Objective & Summary of the Programme:
On the forenoon of March 10, the students of BCA accompanied by Vineetha Miss and Neena Miss, visited St. Joseph Sneha Bhavan as part of a social outreach initiative.
The institution houses 34 mothers and 4 nuns, who warmly welcomed the group. The visit aimed to spend quality time with the residents, understand their lives, and bring joy through interaction and activities.
The students organized and performed various cultural programs, including songs, dances, and other entertaining activities, which were greatly appreciated by the residents. These performances created a lively and cheerful atmosphere, fostering a sense of connection and happiness among everyone present.
In addition to the cultural programs, the students took time to interact personally with the mothers, engaging in meaningful conversations and sharing moments of warmth and care. These interactions were deeply touching and helped build emotional bonds.
As a gesture of love and support, small gifts were distributed to all the residents. Furthermore, a financial contribution was made to assist with their livelihood and daily needs.
The visit was a memorable and enriching experience for both the students and the residents. It not only brought smiles to the faces of the mothers but also instilled a sense of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility among the students.
